TNR and Honors

I realized today that I should probably update on here. Why? Well, because I haven't in a while. Not that it really matters, I mean no one reads this blog. I feel like you and I are just talking to ourselves Vulpecula. Am I right? I think so.

*pouts*

Ah well, there isn't anything wrong with rambling to ourselves!!! YAYS!!!

Anyways, I'm applying for the Honors Program! I'm very excited about it. I'm a little annoyed though. While I was filling out the info online I realized that I forgot to ask the lady in the Registrars Office what my SAT scores were. Now I have to make another trip down there tomorrow. It must be done.

You all remember the feral cats on campus, yes? I know Vul and I have mentioned them in passing. Well, I'm attempting to start a TNR Program on campus for the cats. For those of you unfamiliar with TNR it stands for, "Trap-Neuter-Return." Basically you trap feral cats, take them to a Humane Society that offers TNR, and they spay/neuter the cats, give them their shots, and de-worm them all for free! Then you take the cat back to where you caught her and let her go. Afterwards you continue to take care of them and monitor their health.

What I want to do is start a program so that the cats on campus will get food, but not be able to reproduce and cause more feral cats. The only problem; the one and ONLY humane society in here no longer offers TNR. Therefore, I'm having to play email-tag with different organizations to find out how I can reinstate the TNR Program here. I am not having much luck. I really hope that I'll be able to do this. It would help out these cats a lot! I have three people who are willing to help. I'll keep everyone updated on this. When I say everyone I mean Vul and myself....LOL! XD
Those pics are of Ariel sticking her head in my truck to steal the treat bag from me. The other one is of the three kittens that Vulpecula and I have been taking care of. The dark orange one is Saul, the cream-orange is Solstice, and the dark grey one is Midnight. Such sweet babes!!

And, of course, my sweet Toby!!! *hugs puppy*
